Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

By creating a TrailMate Offroad account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

TrailMate provides trail maps, GPS ride tracking, group riding tools, vehicle management and related features for off-road riders. Features may change or be improved over time.

2. Subscription & free trial

3. Safety — ride at your own risk

Off-road riding is inherently dangerous. TrailMate is an informational aid only. Maps, trails, rider-submitted conditions, weather data and GPS positions may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. GPS and connectivity can fail in remote areas — including the SOS feature, which depends on your device having signal. Always ride within your abilities, wear protective gear, follow local laws and land-access rules, and tell someone where you're going. You are solely responsible for your safety and your decisions on the trail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrailMate and its operator are not liable for any injury, death, property damage or loss arising from your use of the app.

4. Your content & conduct

5. Account

Keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings inside the app.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The date above reflects the latest revision.
